Gaba Campus Sensitised on Turn-Around Plan Implementation Matrix 2026–2030

The Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA) Gaba Campus held a sensitisation session on September 18, 2026, to familiarise Heads of Sections and Departments with the Turn-Around Plan Implementation Matrix 2026–2030.

The session was led by the Director of Gaba Campus, Rev. Prof. Nicholas Segeja, and focused on the strategic priorities and implementation framework guiding the University's development over the next five years.

The Turn-Around Plan identifies eight strategic goals:

1. Research, Innovation, Advancement, Partnerships and Development

2. Academic Excellence

3. Service to Society

4. Moral Integrity (Formation)

5. Reinstating API

6. Governance and Visibility

7. Infrastructure and Safety

8. Marketing and Sustainability

The session provided an opportunity for University leadership and departmental heads to reflect on the strategic direction of Gaba Campus and strengthen understanding of their respective roles in implementing the plan.

The sensitisation forms part of ongoing efforts to align academic, administrative and institutional activities with CUEA's strategic priorities and ensure coordinated implementation of the Turn-Around Plan.
