Gaba Campus Holds Thanksgiving Ceremony for Fr. Jordan Nyenyembe

By Rev. Dr. Maurice Erambo

The Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA) Gaba Campus, Eldoret, Kenya held a Thanksgiving Ceremony on September 17, 2026, to honour Fr. Jordan Nyenyembe as he prepared to return to Tanzania to continue his mission.

The ceremony, held during Holy Mass, brought together members of the Gaba Campus community to recognise Fr. Jordan’s dedicated service to the University.

Fr. Jordan served as a Senior Lecturer and was also responsible for the AMECEA Gaba Publications at the campus, contributing to the academic and institutional life of the University.

He is also the author of Fraternity in Christ, a work that reflects his commitment to Christian fellowship, unity and community.

The Thanksgiving Ceremony provided an opportunity for the Gaba community to express appreciation for his service and to wish him God’s blessings as he begins the next chapter of his mission in Tanzania.
