Notice to All 2026 Graduates: Processing of Certificates

Office of the Academic Registrar — 2nd November 2026

NOTICE TO ALL 2026 GRADUATES

RE: PROCESSING OF CERTIFICATES

We would like to begin by congratulating all of you following your graduation during the 45 th Graduation Ceremony held on Friday 23 rd October 2026.

As promised and communicated earlier, issuance of certificates was to start from today, 2 nd November 2026. Regrettably, due to unexpected and unforeseen circumstances, we wish to inform you that this will not be possible, and humbly ask you to be patient as we work on the certificates.

Please be on the lookout for further communications that we shall be issuing periodically to specific faculties, as and when the certificates are ready for collection.

We will in the meantime and upon request, issue a letter of completion as we process the certificates.

Be assured that we are doing everything possible to ensure that the certificates are ready as soon as it is practically possible.

Yours sincerely,

Dr. Joseph Macheru

Ag. Academic Registrar
