The Silver Jubilee celebrations of CUEA will be launched on 19th February 2009. The University’s new Upper Campus on Kanyarati Road will also be opened the same day.

Also at the Jubilee launch will be members of the University Council. The Chief Guest at the ceremony will be the Chancellor, Most Rev. Tarcisio Ziyaye, Archbishop of Blantyre, Malawi. Theme of Silver Jubilee is “Celebrating 25 Years of Dedicated Service to Church and Society (1984-2009)”.

The Silver Jubilee will be a one-year celebration that will run until February 2010.
