mootcourt2The Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA) won the finals in the Inter-Faculty Constitutional Law and Human Rights Moot Court Competition, between Jommo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), Karen Campus and CUEA on 7th and 14th March 2014, at CUEA's Upper Campus. The Judges of the Moot were Hon. Justice Stephen Githinji, from Naivasha; Mr. Elvis Michieka, Principal Magistrate Kikuyu and Mr. Duncan Okubasu, Lecturer CUEA.

Speaking at the award ceremony Hon. Justice Stephen Githinji, commended the students for their participation, preparation and presentation in the Moot. “Practice, research well and with time you will develop confidence,” said Hon. Githinji. He congratulated the winners and thanked all the students who took part in the Moot Court Competition.
